The problem here is that the people driving vans in general expect all motorists to get out of their way. "Ghandi vann, minn fuqek nghaddi" is the Maltese Van driver's Cliche. in this instance however the latter Cliche lent itself to both parties. And when Goliath meets Goliath, you get a pretty nasty situation.

Sorry but according to the photos it's a David driving on Goliath's side...Goliath seems to be on his correct side. I agree with you that big vehicle drivers (including certain Arriva villains) sometimes (or rather, commonly) abuse of the fact they are driving a big vehicle, but this case seems clean and clear-cut to me.

In a head on crash, somebody is driving on the wrong side of the road.
Unless that driver is brought to court with involuntary body harm through negligent driving, and made to pay, people will keep on driving on the wrong side of the road.
Next time it could be me, my family or anyone.
Please stop this reckless driving!!

Somebody had to be driving on the wrong side of the street, but who?

Isn't it obvious who?
