11 a.m. The President is presented with a donation in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund by the Committee of Privileges of the Maltese Nobility at San Anton Palace, Attard.

Tuesday

11 a.m. The President receives members and volunteers of the Richmond Foundation on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

Noon. Mrs Abela presides over the Malta Community Chest Fund working committee at San Anton Palace.

7 p.m. She attends the opening of an exhibition by the Order of St Lazarus at the Wignacourt Museum, Rabat.

8.15 p.m. The President attends the annual reception hosted by the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry at the Exchange Buildings in Valletta.

Wednesday

10.30 a.m. The President receives opposition leader Joseph Muscat at San Anton Palace.

Noon. He receives Coca Cola president Nikos Koumettis on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

6 p.m. He attends the illumination of the Christmas tree at Actavis Ltd in Bulebel Industrial Estate.

Friday

Noon. The President is interviewed by Stephen Calleja for his programme L-Iswed fuq l-Abjad on Net TV at Verdala Palace, Buskett.

3 p.m. Mrs Abela is interviewed by Velislava Hillman for M Magazine at San Anton Palace.

8 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela attend the annual gala dinner organised by Corinthia Group at the Corinthia Hotel St George’s Bay, St Julian’s.

Sunday

9 a.m. Paqpaqli għall-Istrina in aid of L-Istrina… mill-Qalb 2011 at Malta International Airport, Ħal Farruġ.

Noon. The President and Mrs Abela visit Paqpaqli għall-Istrina at MIA.
