Malta Enterprise has relocated its corporate headquarters from San Ġwann to Pietà after having com­pletely refitted the former Institute of Healthcare at St Luke’s Hospital.

The relocation to the new premises will enable Malta Enterprise to offer significantly upgraded client services and facilities, including Business First, which will start in January.

Besides the myriad services, schemes and support offered by Malta Enterprise, Business First will provide more than 50 services from various government depart­ments and entities under one roof.

With the restructuring exercise carried out within the organisation in the past months and its corporate rebranding, the move to the new premises should enable Malta Enterprise to be in a better position to convey an even better image to its clients.

With 35 projects having a forecast investment of almost €150 million already approved and envisaged to generate 700 new jobs, 2011 is set to be the best of the past years for investment opportunities.
