Luxury Living by Dhalia recently hosted 30 Swedish property investors and individuals looking for a holiday home in Malta to a seminar and property introduction tour of Malta and Gozo.

The guests were invited by Dhalia following the company’s participation in property fairs in Stockholm, Malmo and Gothenburg in September and October.

The Swedish guests attended a seminar explaining the local tax regime and new regulations when buying property in Malta. Information on retirement and holidaying in Malta was also provided.

Property consultants from Dhalia also accompanied the guests to view a number of residential projects.

Luxury Living by Dhalia manager Michael Mifsud said the visit was the result of years of investment and participation in property fairs in Sweden by Dhalia.

“During these property expos we have been marketing Malta as an idyllic and lifestyle destination for those showing an interest in buying a holiday or retirement home, as well as an excellent location for property investment,” he added.
