Maximilian Ciantar, the driver who ran over twin girls last year, had his bail revoked yesterday for the second time in as many days.
On Tuesday, a decision to grant him bail after he allegedly attacked a Times journalist and threatened two others in the courts last week, was overturned and he was re-arrested.
Yesterday another decision to grant him bail, in a case where he allegedly breached a driving ban, was also overturned.
Mr Ciantar, 21, of Marsa was arraigned with breaching the driving suspension last week and granted bail. Within minutes of leaving the court room he allegedly tried to attack a reporter.
After being charged with that incident he was granted bail again. Both decisions were overturned on appeals by the Attorney General.
