My Go Beta has everything customers need to manage services online. It offers added convenience, more control over services and helps make the environment greener.

With My Go Beta, Go customers can manage mobile, phone, TV and internet services with one username and password, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

My Go is currently available at Beta stage – an advanced testing stage where users are encouraged to give their feedback on usability and overall experience. Sending feedback is as simple as filling in a feedback form found on the portal.

My Go Beta, which is free for Go customers, has a number of new elements due to the fact that it integrates all the features that were on the three individual portals – Web4me, My Go and Internet Account Management. Other fresh elements include better graphic design and enhanced user interface.

In the first quarter of 2012 the ‘old’ portals – Web4me, My Go and Internet Account Management – will be terminated and customers will manage Go services online through one portal – My Go Beta. This will eventually be called My Go.

Until a few months ago, clients accessed web4me for telephony and bill payments, My Go for mobile telephony and Internet Account Management to manage their internet service accounts. Now with one login and password through My Go Beta, customers have all the control they need over their internet, mobile, TV and fixed line telephony services available any time.

My Go Beta brings together a user-friendly portal and a practical self-help solution. This not only saves customers time, but frees Go’s physical resources, thus helping the company’s frontline staff to dedicate more quality time to customers.

The benefits are many, but can be categorised in four main areas:

Freebies – eight free SMS to Go mobile customers. This also includes free SMS delivery reports and the free itemisation on all fixed line bills;

Control – clients can check their mobile credit balance, or internet usage, be it on their mobile or the one at home;

Greener environment – Go encourages customers to register for e-billing via the My Go Beta portal;

Convenience – top up any Pay As You Go mobile number and the possibility to pay all bills is another additional service customers get when they subscribe to My Go Beta.

To access the My Go Beta service, log on to http://go.com.mt/gobeta and create a new account. Once the account is created, one would then link their existing services with Go to enjoy the full benefits of this portal.
