12.30 p.m. Mrs Abela presides over the Malta Community Chest Fund Working Committee at San Anton Palace.

12.30 p.m. The President receives the founders of the Malta Heart Foundation on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

10 a.m. The President attends the official opening of General Soft Drinks’ Viewing Gallery in aid of L-Istrina at its premises in Marsa.

1 p.m. The President receives the council members of the national rugby team on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

Thursday

10.30 a.m. The President receives Prince Seeiso Bereng Seeiso, High Commissioner of Lesotho, on a farewell call at San Anton Palace.

11 a.m. He receives Godfrey Pirotta at San Anton Palace.

Noon He is interviewed by Claudette Pace during the programme ‘Sellili’ at The Media Studio, St Venera.

7 p.m. The President and Mrs Abela attend the Fine Arts Auction in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund at San Anton Palace.

11.30 a.m. The President receives the Custos of the Holy Land, Fr Pierbattista Pizzaballa and Fr Twanny Chircop, on a courtesy call at San Anton Palace.

Noon Mrs Abela presides over a press conference – L-Istrina Eurosport Football Nursery Fun Event at Eurosport in Birkirkara.

1.30 p.m. The President visits activities in aid of L-Istrina 2011 at Mater Dei Hospital’s M3 ward.

10 a.m. President’s Charity Fun Run in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund from San Anton Palace to the Palace, Valletta.
