Policemen remembered

The Police Force last Sunday remembered its departed members with Mass celebrated by Gozo Police chaplain Mgr Emanuel Curmi at Santa Marija Cemetery chapel in Victoria. Attending the ceremony were Police Assistant Commissioner Ray Zammit, Deputy Commissioner Joe Cachia, Gozo’s Superintendent Simon Galea, Inspectors Josric Mifsud and Frank Tabone, Gozo police cadettes, representatives of police organisations and relatives. Flowers were placed on the graves by various members, including Anthony Gatt, treasurer of the Maltese Association of Retired Police Officers.
