Book presentation

Gozo Philatelic Society president Anton Said recently presented a copy of Isle of Joy to Nicolai Vella on behalf of students attending Sir Arturo Mercieca primary school, Victoria, for the school library.

The presentation took place during a visit to the 12th edition of the Gozo Philatelic Society exhibition held at the Gozo Ministry in Victoria by a group ofstudents, led by assistant head Lelio Spiteri.

The book, co-funded by the Gozo Ministry, was launched during the opening of the exhibition.

It features Gozo’s natural and cultural wealth on stamps, with additional information and illustrations.
