Art from Skart project
An exhibition, entitled Art from Skart, was held last week at the Bishop’s Conservatory Secondary Girls School’s foyer as part of European Week for Waste Reduction. The exhibition featured photos of discarded items transformed into art works.
These works will be incorporated into a large mosaic mural which Form 4 art students are currently working on under the guidance of art teacher Jason Farrugia and mosaic artist Mary Portelli. This project is part of the government-sponsored Kreattiv fund.
