Anti-nuclear demonstrators digging up the train tracks near Metzingen, northern Germany, yesterday where the so-called castor transport train is to pass on its way to Dannenberg. The train, carrying 11 wagonloads of German nuclear radioactive waste, left on November 23 from a yard operated by the French nuclear giant Areva in Valognes.
