Enemalta is this year expected to make a loss of €17.8 million, Finance Minister Tonio Fenech said in parliament this evening.

Replying to a parliamentary question, he said the principle of full cost recovery still applies.

He said that with current oil prices being around $110 per barrel, Enemalta is waiting for prices to decline so that it may allocate its exposure for next year.
