A series of workshops on drama, filming and art are being held after school hours.

St Margaret College in collaboration with Cottonera Community Service, Agenzija Appoġġ, Aċċess Community Centre and non-governmental organisation Tgħanniqa are holding the workshops as part of the project ‘When Art meets Acting’.

Young people aged between 12 and 16 will have the opportunity to develop their skills in one of the artistic mediums with established young artists.

The aim of the project is to encourage young people to develop their skills and creativity.

The sessions will be held after school at the Boys Secondary School, Fortini, Vittoriosa, every Tuesday between 3 and 4.30 p.m. Transport will be provided after the sessions.

Participants will have teaser sessions in each medium and in January they will choose the area they would like to focus on. The drama and the filming groups will produce a short film and the art group will be putting on an exhibition of their work.
