POINTS TO PONDER BEFORE WE START EMPTY BOASTING :

Only 5000 applications ?????

How many are individual, private investors ?????

Economically, this means that there are FEW INVESTMENTS OPPORTUNITIES...................when people prefer to invest

their money thus. ........................................................Economists surely know what I mean.

To ignoramuses: these bids where subscribed by only 5000 members of the public. Not really a popular subscription, is it? Not surprised, as John Dalli said the distribution of health has never been so skewed as it has been the last years!!!!!

Kien hemm 5525 applikazzjoni. Membri tal-pubbliku ħadu €134,107,800.
Kieku l-offerti tal-pubbliku ittieħdu minn dawn l-applikazzjonijiet mela kull "pubbliku" investa ras għal ras €24,200. min hu il-pubbliku? għax biex tfaddal €24200 trid veru taqdef. Jekk fuq kollox mhumiex il-bloggers ta' hawn taħt! 5525 applikazzjoni mhumiex ħafna. Is-sitwazzjoni turi li the rich is gets richer, the poor gets poorer and the middle class got squezzed.
Għallinqas min għandu stokks antiki jista jserraħ moħħu li se jieħu flusu lura.

Good and encouraging news which clearly shows that there is still a great deal of belief and trust that we are not om the same downward financial path as other European countries. As regards the current stock issue it success is reassuring and sends a positive message to Europe when one considers that all the stock was taken up locally and also that the yield margin from triple A-rated debt is very reasonable and well below that other European countries in trouble have to pay.
However we must not be complacent and rather than being smug we must redouble our efforts to ensure a balanced budget at the earliest.. Let us hope that the Finance Minister got his projected figures right in the current budget for there is no worse enemy to financial trust than getting the balance between revenue and expenditure wrong and having to make further recourse to borrowing.

Mela hawn il-faqar hawn Malta kif jghid is-Sur J. Muscat. Qieghed jidher kemm hawn faqar ghaliex gew mahtufin dawn l'istocks tal-gvern. Veru hawn ahna hafna hafna ahjar minn pajjizi girien taghna fejn hemm taxxi tal-awsterita.

Mhxu talli....ma nafx ezatt meta imma minghalija nhar it-tlieta, d-deputati fuq in-naha tal-gvern tawh vot ta' fiducja, issa l-poplu Malta rega' ikkonferma dik il-fiducja!!!

Ara ftit, hadd ma jaqbel ma kif qieghed imexxi "par idejn sodi!" Ha! Ha! Ha! Lanqas fdawh bi flushom! Jekk inti xi wiehed milli tikkritika lil-gvern u kellek xi kemxa taht is-saqqu pero' ippreferejt tghaddiha lil-gvern, heq!! inti taf xi thoss.
