MCF seminar

The Malta Canoe Federation will be hosting a seminar on canoe performance training over four days starting today at the Preluna Hotel, Sliema.

The seminar is aimed to attract canoeists, kayakers and coaches as well as those who may be interested in undertaking ultra-mara-thon canoeing events where ex-tracting top performance, both power and endurance, are key.

The key speakers in the seminar will be Csaba Szanto, the International Canoe Federation’s Technical Director and author of a number of canoe and kayak training books, and Olga Fedot-kina Galea who administers the Maltese Olympic Committee’s Technical Laboratory.
