Win a dream wedding worth €15,000

For the second consecutive year, events and weddings catering company Island Caterers, in collaboration with Camilleri Paris Mode, Myoka Spas, Sterling Jewellers and Alistair Floral Designer, is trying to make one’s wedding dream more tangible by offering the chance to win a dream wedding worth €15,000.

Island Caterers has also announced that all Win a Wedding participants will be given a little something extra for their wedding – a gift worth €500.

Island chief operating officer Raphael Cauchi said last year’s Win a Wedding competition was a resounding success and this year the intention is to make the campaign even bigger and add even more value and prizes.

There will also be two additional runner-up prizes worth €3,100 and €1,350 respectively.

“This year the company has decided not to participate in the Weddings Fair and to spend the money directly on adding value to the competition, ensuring that a more personalised service is given in the comfort of the company’s offices as opposed to the crowded fair atmosphere,” Mr Cauchi said.

To participate, contestants need to fill a registration form and answer a few general questions along with a ‘tie-break’ 50-word section where they have to describe their dream wedding.

Judges will then pick the top 10 to go through to round two: an interactive game featuring the right match, whereby contestants will need to promote themselves among friends, family and colleagues.

The more correct matches, the closer contestants will get to the final round and winning €15,000.
