Vittoriosa woman wins Green Pak’s environmental lottery

Theresa Seisun of Vittoriosa won the first €200 in the weekly Green Pak’s lottery in which participants are asked to write down their telephone or mobile number on the items before disposing of them.

Green Pak’s campaign lottery ‘You win… The environment wins’ seeks to encourage more people to recycle their packaging material by rewarding them for their efforts with a weekly cash prize of €200. Every household can dispose of their material at Green Pak’s bring-in-sites or in the recycling bags collected by Green Pak from households every week. The first winner was from the door-to-door collection.

As part of its nationwide drive towards more sustainable practices, this new environmental lottery by Green Pak, operated by Green Dot Malta Ltd, will be carried out throughout 28 councils which form part of Green Pak’s waste recovery scheme.
