Manuel Delia the wayward mind behind the Arriva fracas was only reprimanded by the PN because they are afraid that Dr. Franco Debono might completely lose his marbles and an early election would have to be called up. Anyway, does Manuel Delia think that the Maltese electorate are idiots, giving a vote to a guy who messes up anything he touches.

Oh stop this appeasing nonsense , Manuel Delia is material for an MP he is a doer. When will candidates be approved by the PN Executive Committee? Four weeks before an election? Who ‘protested’ , surely and undoubtedly it was Dr Franco Debono. Cut this BS out and approve ALL prospective candidates.
