Association for PE teachers

The Maltese Association for Physical Educators (Mape) will be launched on November 24 at 1 p.m. at the University’s Institute for Physical Education and Sport.

Mape aims to bring physical educators together with the aim of strengthening the subject of PE and sport in schools.

Membership will be open to all PE teachers in state, Church and independent schools, PE graduate teachers currently not teaching the subject, lecturers in PE and sport, ex-PE teachers and University PE students. All those interested are welcome to attend.

The Michael Aquilina Award will also be presented at the event to a new graduate for outstanding performance during the PE course.
