It is impossible to try and explain feelings when thinking of the horrible event in which Michael lost his life.
We knew Michael as a kindly, soft spoken, considerate and reliable gentleman who was all out to serve his clients to their best. And yet he was never a subservient but instead was a proud professional.
Additionally, one could discuss with him so much more than where he had chosen his occupation to be.
So with extreme sadness, we shall remember his voice, his subtle sense of humour, his boyish charm – his entire personality.
We express our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends and wish them strength in the coming days, weeks and months ahead.
Only time can heal and it will take a long time, but we hope that once the light at the end of the tunnel gets bigger and brighter, there will be room for all of us who loved him to lead our own life, however different it will be.
Our thoughts are with his family at this sad moment.
