Martial arts seminar

An international martial arts seminar, organised by the Gozo Karate Club, was held at the Gozo Sports Complex in Victoria last Sunday. The seminar was conducted by Shihan Borut Kincl, 6th Dan Black Belt, founder and head of the Kempo Arnis Federation and head instructor of the Slovenia Special Forces. The seminar, opened by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono, dealt with tactical combat situations, tactical escape, control tactics, transition to weapons, knife fighting and sparring, among others.
