Malta University Consulting Ltd is holding a short course themed ‘Investment Analysis I – investing wisely and understanding young people in today’s society’ at the University Residence in Lija from November 22.

The course is aimed at students, financial industry professionals and anyone interested in gaining an insight into investing wisely and profitably in the markets.

Over 10 weeks, for a total of 25 hours, participants will learn the necessary techniques to analyse investments effectively and to make investment decisions smartly and independently.

The course will bbe led by Joseph Portelli who has 24 years’ experience with numerous Wall Street firms, including the Bank of America, Nomura Securities, Goldman Sachs, and Millburn Ridgefield as a foreign exchange and futures and options trader.

He is currently a visitinglecturer at the University of Malta, Banking and Finance Department.
