When are the PL supporters going to put it into their heads that when their chance of choosing a “winning” leader, they just BLEW it away?
When confronted with a choice of potential “winning” leaders, the PL delegates made the obvious wrong choice of electing an UN- ELECTABLE leader!
The choice was there; but the delegates chose otherwise.
Well, the saying is that one gets what the people deserve; cannot be better said.
Or that if one lets incompetents decide, then don’t expect anything better!
Perhaps, the persistent fear that the PL supporters have nowadays, i.e. that their party has become UN-ELECTABLE, and is sub-consciously and constantly haunting them, may be true after all!

What's the rush to know PL's plans to make things right.
.
Everything at the right moment no need to waste ammo.
.
When gonzi blows the whistle you'll all be shown what you have been asking for. Otherwise keep shooting in the dark

Joseph must be very happy...given all this importance....looking forward to read some policies in the making and some new sensible initiatives and ideas...not just rhetoric.

Nah, he will tell us that Gonzi is the problem, held hostage by Austin and that his party has the best solutions for all the ill this country is suffering from, including the highest unemployment in the world, the worst health service and a failing economy. He will tell us that he is Malta's champion in the EU, that he always loved and will always love the EU. That his team is full of energy with so many new faces ready to make this country the No1 in the EU and that he is now so relieved that Austin is no longer a minister. Finally, he will tell us that in his spare time he regularly replies to emails from well-positioned journalists in real-time and also offers the service of an ETC officer in job placements!

I wonder whether Joseph will discuss policies since he mentioned his 'party's preparation for the next election'.
We are waiting with bated breath for some breakthrough in Labour's revelation of its vision for the future.
With the help of Karmenu Vella, Joseph should be able to tell us how he wants us to return to 'the golden years' of the 70s and 80s.

Joseph Muscat will only divulge his plans and vision for the future when the time is right and not when the PN feels that the opposition should reveal them. Mr. Black I think it is better to have a dozen Karmenu Vellas than a bunch of 'limited' so called politicians (the latter words were expressed by Dr. Gonzi to Mrs. Bordonaro, the past US ambassador) who are only interested in hanging to their power seat. This notwithstanding their continous 'frejjeg' and squandering of the country's coffer.
My only advice to your eagerness is to wait and be patient. Meanwhile you can keep yourself occupied by seeing the 8th episode of Gonzi' soap opera concerning the Arriva mess. The first episode was about the Cathedral u-turn, the 2nd was about the BWSC scandal, which is still featuring the last serial, the 3rd episode was about the divorce PN flop, the 4th was about the unknown €500 weekly payrise which Gonzi unashamingly gave to himself and his cabinet while he gave a meagre €1.16 to the rest of the population, the 5th was about the astronomical W & E bills, the 6th was about the waiting list at Mater Dei Hospital and the 7th episode was about the Care workers scandal.
Bring on the pop corn!!!!!

@AB Every time I read your words I wonder why everyone is complaining so much, since we are living the perfect life in the perfect country with everyone thanking their lucky stars that our government is doing a fantastic job. How dare the opposition even speak without solving all the problems people complain about? What cheek! In fact they should shut up and maybe clap at all the great things we are all (bar a few) witnessing. I once saw a movie that showed people without emotions, staring ahead seeing nothing. It was called 'The Zombies'.
But, all is well. Fine and dandy. We should vote this government in for another 25 years. Increase the deficit a bit more..That's the only thing that's booming..That's the fashion in Europe now... No but we are better off than anyone else in Europe...No problems whatsoever....And maybe one day you'll take your head out of the sand...Is that what black stands for? The Arrogance of seeing nothing but good......Does it make you feel safe to think like that? Could be ...but not very realistic is it? Can you for once, stop living in the past and be honest...just the one time will do...And have some decency please.....Don't, for once, think that people are stupid....

Mario Grima, you should be the FIRST to question Joseph's agenda. The NP has its own very successful one and one which has preserved your job, pension and peace of mind. The Nationalists know where they stand with their Party. You don't because Joseph treats you like a baby - do as I tell you and don't question me.
As far as AST is concerned, now that Gaddafi is no more, he must feel completely lost.

Il-Malta qatt ma xtara hut fil-bahar. The real Maltese electorate is more intelligent than that. We will leave the blinkers to the PL voters, who unfortunately never make it to win an election because of their bad choices of leaders and party executives. All they can come up with is a change of name and logo, otherwise it is the same old dinosaurs.
