Wings over Ta' Qali
The Model Aircraft Flying Association is holding the 17th edition of Wings over Ta' Qali this weekend.
The event is a feast for enthusiasts of remote-controlled aircraft. This year's event, modelled on that of previous years will feature non-stop flying displays by the model aircraft and a static display of a large number of aircraft at the end of the former runway. The show tomorrow runs between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Parliamentary Secretary Clyde Puli visited the enthusiasts this afternoon and congratulated them on the engineering skill which goes into their model-building.

Kenneth, the other Club, the Malta Model Aircraft Flying Association whose site is at Ta' Qali limits of Rabat, welcomed all ex-Hal Far members who decided to join.
