Six players from six different Premier League clubs were handed a one-match ban yesterday.

Floriana goalkeeper Manuel Bartolo will miss his team’s clash with Hibernians after his red card in the 3-0 defeat to Birkirkara triggered an automatic one-match suspension.

Italian defender Federico Tisbi, the other player who was sent off during the Premier League matches last weekend, has been ruled out of Mosta’s game against Mqabba tomorrow.

Malta U-21 defender Yessous Camilleri will play no part in Balzan’s match against Valletta tomorrow as he has been suspended for one match for four yellow cards.

Another three players, Birkir-kara right-back Angus Buhagiar, Marsaxlokk midfielder Florent Raimy and Qormi defender Jeffrey Chetcuti received a one-match ban after collecting their fourth caution last weekend.
