A two-year (four-semester) course in classical Greek, the language in which the most important works of literature in history were written, starts on Thursday. It is organised by the Malta Classics Association.

Participants will learn to read mythology, drama, philosophy, history, the New Testament and many other important works.

Ten sessions will be held per semester on Thursdays between 6 and 8 p.m. at the University’s Gateway Building, Room 357. The course fee is €10 per ­session.
