An Opposition motion criticising the government over its handling of the bus service reform and calling for the resigntion of Transport Minister Austin Gatt, will be debated in Parliament on November 4.

Nationalist MP Franco Debono has said he will abstain on the vote unless Dr Gatt assumed his responsibilities. He has also asked the PN executive to discuss the issue.

Meanwhile the House Business Committee also decided today that the Budget 2012 will be presented on November 14.
