HOQ launches new site

Homes of Quality (HOQ) has launched a new website with improved user functionality, a new logo and slogan.

“The aim behind this project was to provide website users with a more effective tool to seek a property that suits their requirements,” said director Grahame Salt.

The site has been developed with the end user in mind, with clear, easy-to-use navigational buttons, planned to allow users access to information in a few clicks.

HOQ is a specialised estate agency forming part of the Frank Salt Real Estate Group. Managed by Grahame Salt, the company was established in 2002 to offer a personal service to clients wishing to purchase or sell quality properties.

The new website features a selection of properties available for sale in Malta and Gozo and a detailed catalogue of information on Malta. An interactive map with information on the different localities has also been made available.

The new website contains comprehensive information on the buying process and the costs involved both for local and foreign buyers. A great emphasis has been made on providing an improved property search facility, which has now been perfected to allow users to refine their search criteria and then save their favourite properties.

For the benefit of foreign clients, the new website also allows users to search in localities by highlighting areas on a Malta and Gozo map.
