Grand Harbour Marina plc, in conjunction with Camper and Nicholsons Marinas International, has announced the second sale of a 30-metre berth this year. The sale to a UK-based buyer was concluded at the recent Monaco Yacht Show. The selling price for super yacht berths at the Vittoriosa marina has risen from €500 per square metre in 2003 to €2,020 per square metre, quadrupling in value over eight years, company officials said.
