The first races from the 2011-12 Pasta Poiatti championship were held last week at Ta’ Qali. There was a bumper entry but the one to steal the limelight was Clayton Camilleri (no.12) as the KTM SXF rider won three motocross races. This weekend, Caruana will be joined by Chris Muscat, Josef Attard and Stefan Dimech in a trip to Sicily for a training camp at the Giarrizzo racetrack, Agrigento.
