Well-known entrepreneur and businessman Daniel Reginiano died suddenly at his home yesterday. He was 51.

Mr Reginiano, who, together with a friend, had built-up the now successful Time International from scratch, was also known for the popular Joy Parties he used to organise in the 1990s. He made the headlines in 2003 when he contracted typhus following a flea bite during his morning jog.

The self-confessed health aficionado recently took to farming, running the organic Ladybird Farm in Dingli. His funeral is being held tomorrow.
