Helicopter crashes in NYC

A lifeless body is pulled from the East River by NYPD divers after a commercial helicopter crashed in New York City, yesterday. The helicopter, which went down just after take-off, was carrying five people including the pilot. One woman drowned after suffering a cardiac arrest and two others were seriously injured. Recuers had a difficult time due to murky waters.
