The cigarette machine

The British were intelligent enough to remove all cigarette boxes from whatever shop they happened to be in. Children can get to them more easily and if cigarettes are bad for adults think how much worse they will be for children. Surely, there is someone intelligent enough in Malta to come up with the same idea.
