An attitude that works

Sustaining an injury is definitely not a nice thing. Neither is having to go to hospital to receive treatment and rehabilitation. However, the silver lining of such a dark cloud is the hospital staff, especially the people at the Occupational Therapy Department.

I feel one must thank them publicly for the work they do and their attitude towards the patients. They are very professional and always with a smile. Thank you all at the Occupational Therapy Department.
