ESL awarded SAP Value Added Reseller status

Enterprise Solutions Ltd (ESL) recently received the SAP Value Added Reseller (VAR) award, making ESL the only SAP EMEA partner autho­rised to sell, implement and sup­port the SAP product port­folio, including Busi­ness Objects and Crystal Reports, in Malta.

The attainment of the VAR status was achieved after passing the quality criteria audits by SAP which evaluated ESL and its consulting team as part of an extensive vendor screening process.

Among the qualifying attributes required of ESL, SAP scrutinised the level of skills and competencies of the ESL consulting team to ensure these met the high standard of technical and business expertise necessary to deliver complex BI projects, as well as local 24x7 support help desk services.

Channel manager at SAP Italia Emanuele Ghiringhelli said the quality of the service levels was the credential SAP was looking for to award the VAR status. The status was a recognition of professionalism represented by the SAP brand.
