All staff at 3a Accountants has recently completed City & Guilds Award in Customer Service led by Misco Consulting. The programme is designed to provide participants with the skills required to deliver an efficient and reliable customer service.

All staff at 3a Accountants has recently completed City & Guilds Award in Customer Service led by Misco Consulting.

The programme is designed to provide participants with the skills required to deliver an efficient and reliable customer service. Participants gain an understanding of customer expectations and needs and are able to deal effectively with customer requests.

Staff worked on developing skills to listen, help and meet the needs of their customers and enhance the customers’ experience of their services and products. “At 3a we are in the process of establishing a bespoke quality management system which has at its core customer centricity and focus,” managing partner Neville Cutajar said. “Therefore it was essential to ensure that all staff is appropriately trained to deliver a personalised and excellent service to our clients.”

Misco director Joseph FX Zahra explained customer service was not taught as part of a University degree but was an essential complement to any professional qualification.
