Chetcuti to compete in World Cup Finals next week
Maltese Double Trap shooter William Chetcuti leaves Malta for Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emerites tomorrow for the ISSF World Cup Finals 2011.
He is accompanied by his coach Jimmy Bugeja.
This is the most prestegios event in the ISSF shooting calender.
The top 13 Double Trap Shooters from 10 nations will compete on three rounds of 50 clays each today week and the best six will make it for a barrage final of another 50 clays.
The Malta Shooting Sport Federation, the Malta Olympic Committee and Kunsill Malti ghall-Isports expressed pride that the Maltese flag will be among those of the 10 nations that qualified for this high ranking international sporting event.
