An 18-year-old man from Birkirkara was injured in a traffic accident in Triq San-Dwardu, Vittoriosa, this afternoon. 

The police said the injured man had been driving a Toyota Corolla and was accompanied by a 16-year-old boy from Hamrun.

Their car was involved in collision with a Hyundai Atos driven by a 38-year-old man from  Xaghjra.
