Mcast issues second call for full-time courses
The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology is giving prospective students the final chance to apply for one of its 2011/2012 full-time courses.
Applications are to reach one of the Mcast institutes in Malta or the Gozo Centre in Xagħra between tomorrow and Wednesday, from 8.30 a.m. till 12.30 p.m.
Over 2,900 prospective students have already applied to join Mcast during the first call for applications.
The second call will give those who have not yet enrolled the chance to select from some 80 full-time courses beginning next month. Those eligible to apply include students who have just received their re-sit exam results or those wishing to change their study area and adult learners aged 21 and over.
The full list of courses is available on the college’s website. The list also features courses being offered for the first time, including the Mcast-Btec Diploma in Fish Husbandry, the Mcast-Btec Higher National Diploma in Photography, the Apprenticeship Diploma for Polymer Process Technicians and the Diploma in Hairdressing – one of the new courses being offered at the Gozo Centre.
Application forms or copies of the 2011/2012 full-time course prospectus, can be obtained from any of the Mcast institutes or from the Gozo Centre in Xagħra.
