L-Istrina preparations underway

The piggy banks used in L-Istrina BoV Piggy Bank Campaign are coming out of hibernation in preparation for the fundraising event of the year.

Members of the Malta Girl Guides, in collaboration with Bank of Valletta and the Malta Community Chest Fund, are preparing the piggy banks for distribution in all schools in Malta as well as in retail outlets.

The campaign, now in its eighth consecutive year, will see the distribution of over 5,000 piggy banks. Since its inception, L-Istrina BoV Piggy Bank Campaign has raised over €430,000 over the past seven years.
