Marina Business Centre in Ta’ Xbiex is Exalco Group’s latest acquisition

The Exalco Group recently acquired the Marina Business Centre in Ta’ Xbiex, a commercial complex comprising three levels for underground parking and six stories of offices above street level.

Alex Montanaro, Exalco Group’s managing director said that this latest property acquisition was a very important one, as it underscores the success achieved by Exalco Group in operating commercial and office buildings. “We are operating practically always at 100 per cent occupancy levels, and the service we provide to our tenants is a holistic one that leads to customer satisfaction,” Mr Montanaro said.

The Exalco Group are pioneers in constructing special purpose commercial buildings for leasing of office premises and for other business purposes such as banks, language schools and catering establishments. It also owns and operates the Mayfair Complex in St. Julians, Cornerstone Complex in Mosta and Parklane Building in Guardamangia.
