Obituary
BORG NICOLAS. On September 20, at Mater Dei Hospital, VICTOR, aged 77, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his loving wife Marguerite, née Nicolas Virtù, his children Damian, Martin and Julia and Andrew and Katya, his grandchildren Kurt, Kirsten, Steven, Kim, Kyle, Kristian and Nina, his brothers and sisters, Joe and his wife Agnes, Anthony and his wife Antoinette, Lina and her husband Aldo Portelli, Licia, Doris, Jane and her husband William Shaw, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital tomorrow at 1.30 p.m. for the Carmelite parish church, Balluta, St Julians, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 2 p.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
Requiem Mass
A Mass for the repose of the soul of BLANCHE BIANCHI will be said on September 27 at 6.30 p.m. at the church of the Divine Mercy, San Pawl tat-Tarġa. The attendance of relatives and friends will be appreciated. Lord, grant her eternal rest.

Bingo night
Another bingo night will be held on Friday at the Sliema Band Club at 8 p.m. for €3 a head.
Also, every Wednesday night, bingo is held at the Sliema Band Club premises from 7.30 p.m. onwards. A free snack and drink is included during the night. Transport is available.
Dementia Society walk
The Malta Dementia Society is organising a memory walk at Freedom Square, Valletta on Saturday at 10 a.m. and is encouraging all those who are affected by dementia in one way or another to come forward and speak about their experience.
TV service disrupted
One of Go’s cables in Gozo was cut during works carried out by a third party, which disrupted the television service, the company said yesterday, apologising for the inconvenience until repairs were carried out.

Between 8.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m. in Dun Pawl Micallef, Għar Gerduf, Dawwara and Pawlu Portelli streets in Victoria, Gozo.
Between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. in Annetto Caruana, Tourists, J. Quintinus, San Timotju, Ta’ Żandu, Tamar, Cassarino, Porzjunkula and Roman Port streets in St Paul’s Bay.
Between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. in Tiben, Qasam, Uqija, Ibraġġ, St Andrew and Ratal streets in Swieqi.

Epilepsy Association
The Caritas Malta Epilepsy Association will hold its bi-monthly meeting tomorrow at 6 p.m. at Caritas Building, 5, Lion Street, Floriana. Those interested are urged to attend.
