World Cyber Games, Inc., organiser of the premier international video game competition and festival, and Samsung Electronics, the world’s leader in mobile technology, has successfully started its 4th annual WCG 2011 Samsung Mobile Challenge.

The online preliminary started on September 5, and until now, more than 200,000 gamers worldwide downloaded the free official game titled – Asphalt 6. This year, gamers will compete to win a total cash prize of $65,000, just by sending their game scores to the ranking system before September 25th.

To participate in the three-week SMC online preliminary, gamers will need to have the official challenge phone Samsung Galaxy S II, and log on to Samsung Apps (Samsung application store) and download Asphalt 6 for free.

Only gamers who upload their scores will have a chance to be invited to the WCG 2011 Samsung Euro Championship. Four winners will get to attend the upcoming WCG Grand Final in Busan, South Korea from December 8 to 11. Among the 27 countries attending this year’s challenge, there are 11 European countries including: Austria, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Switzerland, UK, and Ukraine.
