Lawrence Mizzi wins hospital’s Worker of the Year award

Gozo hospital worker Lawrence Mizzi was presented the Worker of the Year award during an evening celebration held in the hospital’s garden.

The award was presented to Mr Mizzi, Radiology Department head, by Gozo Minister Giovanna Debono (pictured), who also presented certificates to the other five employees nominated for the award.

During the evening, which was organised by the hospital administration in collaboration with the Gozo Ministry, Mary Portelli was announced as the winner of the competition to design a new logo for the hospital.
