Twenty-two RE/MAX (Malta) real estate associates recently graduated from a Masters Edge training programme under the supervision of Richard Robbins. The course was conducted by franchise owner of RE/MAX Central James Busuttil. Malta was the first European Region to introduce this course.

The programme was originally introduced in the US and Canada where thousands of applicants enrolled from the North American regions.

The Masters Edge training programme is a 10-module course that covers various subjects including business, lead, sales, listing, buyer, customer, web and internety, financial, self and final mastery.

Regional director of RE/MAX Malta Jeffrey Buttigieg said: “The course does not teach you how to sell, it focuses on changing your mind-set from being a sales person to becoming a business man who is customer orientated.”
