Sony Computer Entertainment Japan president Hiroshi Kawano presents the new portable videogame console, PlayStation Vita, at a press conference in Tokyo yesterday, before the annual Tokyo game show opens today. Sony will release its next-generation portable games console featuring a five-inch touch-screen display with a pad on the back for “touch, grab, trace, push and pull” finger motions on December 17.
