Statue presentation

George Mizzi is seen adding the final touches to the statue of the Nativity of Our Lady, an artistic work by Pawlu Aquilina. The statue was taken to Xagħra last Sunday to be blessed in Victory Square. The blessing of the statue was followed by a band march by the Victory Band Club. The statue was given to the Victory Philharmonic Society by its president Michael Cini.
