CALLEJA. On September 5, at Boffa Hospital, ELIA of Pembroke, aged 68, passed away peacefully, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Connie, his children Vanessa and her husband Mahmoud Awad, his granddaughter Jenna, his sisters Doris, Miriam and Lina and their families, in-laws, nephews and nieces, other relatives and friends. The funeral leaves Mater Dei Hospital today at 8.30 a.m. for the Risen Christ parish church, Pembroke, where Mass præsente cadavere will be said at 9 a.m., followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Lord, grant him eternal rest.
