Talks on compensation to the victims of clerical child sex abuse continued at the Curia this morning, but both sides were tight-lipped on what progress has been made.

The meeting lasted 90 minutes and a 'final' meeting will be held shortly, the Archbishop said.

Dr Patrick Valentino, the legal counsel of the victims, did not comment.
