A reader, Charles Galea, has sent this picture of the motoryacht Jessica II ablaze from stem to stern off Marfa early on Tuesday.

The fire was reported at about 2 a.m. A patrol boat and a rescue launch tried to fight the blaze, but the yacht sank shortly after daybreak.

There was no one on board.
